(1) Presumably people in the order dept. do work for Quality Computers,
    and in fact it would seem logical to ask them about subscribing.
    Therefore it seems to me that Steve was not wrong when he said that
    "According to Quality Computers...". It seems like it should be
    enough for you to simply acknowledge that a mistake was made and
    correct the record.
 
(2) Since you're apparantly skipping an entire issue am I going to get
    my money back for that issue or are you going to publish two issues
    in two months to make up for the missing issue? Or are you just
    going to screw me by only sending 5 issues this year when I've paid
    for 6?
