Date.System 1.51 works!

An annoucement to you (and tip of the hat to Jeff, thanks for mentioning
me in your updated docs <eg>) -- the 1.51 update posted works just fine,
and thank you Jeff for fixing and resending.

I encourage everyone to pass the DATE151.SHK file around.  It may have
been written in 1988 but it's the first time I'd seen a date-setting
system file around.  (I'd been using the Basic commands in my home-
grown STARTUP programs all these years, but that does have the advantage
of throwing an arbitrary _time_ into memory...)
