Lo-Res and Double Lo-Res 'pixels' were half the size of text-characters.
So, 40x40 or 40x48 (no text window) and 80x40 or 80x48.
But this doesn't apply to the subject. Were there any hardware add-ons
to give the //c better than these standard graphic modes?
The slotted IIs had some options like the Videx (80 columns and more).
I remember reading about a video card with 256 levels of grey in the
mid '80s. (something VGA can't do)
