SS and RamFAST chips

I'm going to want to add another 512k to my SecondSight (when I get it) 
along with making my RamFAST Rev.D into the 1 meg cache version.  I've 
heard the same chips are used with both.  Anybody know where I should get 
them and how much they will cost?  Thanks!
