I missed tthe run up to this post, but assume you are ttrying to format a drive
so that it can be mounted on a mac. To do this on mine, I formatted it with the
utils that came with my Apple HS SCSI card, then using the Apple HD SC setup
program that comes with all mac system software, I chose update driver. The
appleII software provides room for two mac drivers you see, but does not
actually install code there. I may have fiddled around with silverlining before
I chose update from HD SC settup, but NB that silverlining cannot create a
mountable ProDOS partition on a drive.
