Thanks for the advice. I tried STM, and it works, although there is a lot
of hassle getting the pictures into a "disk image" so that STM can open
them. Unfortunately, STM simulates a II+ (not a IIe), so double-hi-res is
out.
If someone could tell me the format for a Mac "paint" file (as it would
appear on a ProDOS disk), I might undertake writing a conversion program.
I am not a Mac programmer, but, I have a lot of experience programming
the Apple IIe.
