I don't know about plugging in the Hard Drive; you might need Mac
drivers for the drive, which would be difficult to get. Then again,
if "SCSI is SCSI" as I have been told, then it might work.
System 7.5 comes with translators that can deal with 800K 3.5" PRODOS
floppies. Do you have a 3.5" drive hooked to the IIe?
Another option might be to try and find someone with the Apple II
workstation (really LocalTalk) card. I am pretty sure it ran on IIe's
and came with software to see a mac file server. All macs come with
the ability to act as file servers...
