Graphic Help!!

I have a neat Paintworks Gold 640 page image which I would like to share
with a friend.  Trouble is, said friend has a high-power MessyDOS machine
running Windoze.  So the $C0 format isn't exactly supported 8-)

Is there anything out there which could convert the image to, say, a GIF,
JPG, or BMP?  If it makes any difference, I have HyperStudio and TGE...so
if there is a TGE extension, for example... .  .   .    .     .      .
