My son has been running Animasia on our "family" GS for several weeks,
and while an accelerator helps (my "development" GS has a 9/64 ZIP),
it's not required. We just rough out our animations in wire-frame,
then animated them as solids in the final cut. Once the animations
are completed the CPU speed is unimportant as any animation player
(like Animasia's built-in player or AniShow) can play them back
at a pretty good clip. I'll UL some examples now that my BIG project
(a new Apple II BBS...YAY!!!) is winding down. Animasia is the best
money I've spent on my Apple II in a long time.
