Need info on Mem. Plus Dist. SCSI hard card system

Hello!  In my never-ending search for an internal Apple IIe hard drive, I
came across the Memory Plus Distributors catalog.

They have a product that is an internal SCSI hard card system which
consists of a CMS SCSI controller card and a separate 2.5" SCSI hard drive
card.  Both cards are interconnected by a flat ribbon cable.

My question is:  If I install the CMS SCSI controller card in Slot 7, can
I install the 2.5" SCSI hard drive card into Slot 3?  I have an Extended
64K 80-column card in the auxiliary slot.  Will this setup cause any
conflicts with Slot 3?  BTW, Slot 3 is the only available slot I have
left.

I called the company (Memory Plus Distributors, 602-820-8819), but there
was no tech present at the time to answer my question.
