yup it will, you can get graphics via Windows and the "C Itoh 8510"
driver (which is on Win 3.1, but NOT Win for WorkGroups 3.11)
the printer needs to be connected to the serial port, some cable
companies make cables for that. (Quality doesn't anymore, thats all i
know about that) i made a cable...
<you can get text in dos by dumping to the comX: port>

Unfortunatly the C Itoh 8510 doesn't print in color...

If anyone has a C Itoh 9515XP Driver for Windows Please let me know!
(i think that one might work - in color)
