If so, it must have been posted with a restricted distribution, or
there is a news blockage somewhere.  I never saw it.

I have now been sent a copy (thanks, Jim).  It patches the handling of
the Ctrl-Q and Ctrl-P characters within a ZModem transfer.  Without
the patch, any "raw" Ctrl-P character will be stripped from the
incoming stream.  With the patch, any "raw" Ctrl-Q character will be
stripped instead.

The release note says that according to the ZModem spec, all Ctrl-P
characters are supposed to be protected (DLE stuffing and offseting,
if I remember right), but some hosts don't do this.  Ctrl-S and Ctrl-Q
characters are supposed to be protected in the same manner.
