Anybody got ZIP upgrade chips?

I'm going to buy a 7/32 Zip card from Alltech.  I expect I will try to upgrade
it.  As I understand it the 65816s you can get them only from Western Design
Center and the minimum order is 5/$100.
 
If anyone has already upgraded and has extra chips they want to sell, I would
like to hear from you.  Conversely if you are planning the same and want to
split a minimum order I am interested.
 
The same goes for the crystal oscillators and SRAMs.
 
Since I have you attention, I have a question.  What happens if I don't want to
try the soldering and don't expand the cache but I try boosting it to 14mhz? 
Will it be unstable?
 
Finally, any advise you have is welcome.  I'm sure I getting in over my head.
