Simple, it will simply NOT work, you will need faster cache chips and a 
faster occilator among other things that you will need to. Its not a simple
process if you want to run 14 Mhz but it can be done. If I were you, I would
purchase the zipchip directly from Zip tecnologies whom are no longer called
Zip. Here is their number and such, I am sure you can get it cheeper there.
