InCider was a magazine. Quality Computers is a company. You will most 
likely see a slightly different end to II Alive because of this reason.  
II Alive will probably become almagamated somehow with Enhance,  
Quality's catalog, before it completely disappears. InCider had no 
choice. It didn't sell, it got cancelled. It already had staved off one 
death when it merged with A+ and even that didn't save it.
