SCSI CABLE Info needed

I need to construct a couple of cables and would like to know if someone
else has already done this.  I need to construct a ribbon cable to connect
a 50 pin on one end (hard drive) to 25 pin on the other end (SCSI CARD) so
that I can connect internally from my SCSI card to a hard drive.

The other one is more difficult, I want to go from the same 25 pin ribbon
from a SCSI card to the smaller powerbook style hard drive connector.

Anyone already done this?  I know I can figure it out but if someone else
has already made these cables, It would save me some time.  Thanks to
anyone who replies or helps out.
