1) Yes, the address has changed, it happened back in January. Try
ftp.cco.caltech.edu

2) Since Hypercard is considered 'System Software,' it is only
available at Apple's ftp site. It's either on 'ftp.apple.com' or
'ftp.support.apple.com'. No, I don't remember the directory offhand.
