Sounds like a nice system.  Pretty much what I have except for that
Linelink 144e modem.

Sounds familiar to the problems I used to have.

V103 and v104 had bugs, but I could send a FAX
> sometimes (not always though).  But v105 is batting a perfect "0" :-(

Only suggestion I have is to get rid of the modem and get one that works
for sure.  I suggest a Supra FAX modem.  You could always sell the
LineLink to someone else.  Good thing modems are cheap now.  All my
problems went away as soon as I dumped my Global Village Teleport Gold II
modem and got a SupraFAX modem.  You might want to find out what the Chip
set on the LineLink uses.  Find out if they use the Rockwell chip set. 
The time I quit wasting on tinkering with the system and the aggrivation I
eliminated by switching modems was well worth the cost of a new modem. 
Lucky for me, I was able to trade my Global Village to a Mac user.  Global
Village has outstanding Mac software for FAXing so we both made out on the
deal.
