Grrr...No Slot Clock woes revisited

Well, thanks to the kind folks who sent me Smartwatch (and one other
product). Once I disabled the Zip Chip and removed the old NSC.System
file from bootup I was able to access my clock just fine on the
Platinum. I thought my troubles were over...Unfortunately, this doesn't
seem to be the case.

To refresh memories - I want to use a Platinum //e with a 4MHz Zip and
the SMT No-Slot-Clock for my BBS, but I was having trouble with the SMT
utils not recognizing the clock when it came to changing it.

Well, my new problem is as follows:
GBBS recognizes it, but that is the ONLY program that appears to
recognize it. AppleWorks, Apple Writer, ProSEL, & Cat Doctor were
unable to recognize the clock. What have I done wrong/forgotten that is
causing this new frustration? Can someone set me on the path to
redemption so I can stop futzing around with this garbage and get moved
into my Platinum? Thanks!

Give what you would like to receive,
Glenn
