TransWarp GS problem

I'm having a problem with my TransWarp GS card. Well here it is when
itz set to this:
       System Speed: Fast
       TransWarp Speed: TransWarp
A TWGS.cdev called *Speed* I'm trying out says itz at 6.250 But when
itz set to this:
       System Speed: Normal
       TransWapr Speed: TransWarp
*Speed* says the same speed. Isn't sappose to be diffrent? Isn't The
Fast mode sappose to be FASTER? like the 7 mhz the box says? For you
referance<sp>:

                                   32k cache
                          TransWarp GS version 8/32S
                                 Revision 1.8S
