Ohio Kache's Multi Kache (Disk Accelerator) Card

I just acquired this wonderful card from Shaun Lin (thanks guy, finally
managed to get it from UPS!) but I found that the disk he sent with it
was not only damaged, but it's not the disk that came with the card.
The Multi Kache had a disk that had Backup //, Filer, OKS Driver (for
GS/OS), OKS Control, and the standard ProDOS, Basic.system and startup.
This disk (which came with no sleeve and has some nasty scratchs on the
media, but was apparently fixed by using a bad block lockout routine) is
the CMS/SCSI II Utility disk V9.24.87, and thus doesn't have the
proprietary programs that I need for the Multi Kache.  Could someone
please email me a copy of this disk, or at least the startup, OKS.Driver
and OKS.Control as I already have the other stuff?  I'm sure it'd be ok
seeing as I own the card and all...And, if this makes a difference, it
has the SCSI Option card on it.

Anyone know where I could acquire the companion card - the Disk Expander
card and what kinda memory chips I'd need to upgrade it to 1Mb for the
cache?

Also, is anyone aware of whether or not this card works properly with the
Zip Chip?  The literature with it was, at best, ambiguous, and left me
unsure as to whether Zip ever made a chip that was compatible with it,
(there was a blurb from ZT that said as much).  If not, are there any
//e accelerators that WILL work with DMA?  I think I've heard "NO" before,
but I want to make absolutely sure.

And, finally, the literature was also very vague about how many drives
I'd be able to use with the Multi Kache and ProDOS 8.  I was planning on
having two 3.5", two 5.25" and my 80Mb HD attached to it, but if I'm
not going to be able to use them all that would be REALLY pointless.
