What you need is a transformer brick that will translate AC power into DC
voltage. The Apple II C Tech. Ref. lists the input voltages of the II C can
range between 9 and 20 VDC. The maximum power consumption of the II C is 25W.
So the power supply you buy better be this rating or higher. The layout of the
power connector is as follows from the perspective of looking into the computer.

   7 1
 6 2
  5 3
     4

1,7 Not Connected
2,3 Eletrical Ground
4 Chassis Ground
5,6 +15VDC

The power supply I have connected to my II C is an Acer power supply brick
model number 1100xl that can do 120 and 220 VAC to 18VDC 3.1Amps. It costed
less than $20 for the new supply and adapter connector from my local
electronics store. The whole power supply works like a charm.
