Need info on monitor

I recently got an AppleColor RGB Monitor model A2M6014 (manufactured Feb.
1987) for ten bucks, and I'd like to know how to hook it up to either an
Apple IIc, a Laser 128, a Macintosh, or even a Tandy Color Computer 3.
Can anyone help me with this?  Even a pinout would be a step in the right
direction.

Also, at the same place I got it, I also found a cable that was *probably*
the one used with it (my guess is it was from a IIgs), and it only has 8
of the 15 pins installed.  (pins 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, and 13)
