Printing Question
Is there a program or a replacement driver for GS/OS and/or an ImageWriter
that will allow printing of just even or odd numbered pages? I have some
text/source files that I'd like to have hard copies of. I'd like to be
able to print the odd pages on one side and then flip the paper over and
print the even ones. I know I can use the page range setting to print one
page at a time but it takes way too long. Any help would be appreciated.
