If you don't mind getting 2 copies, there's always this solution:
- Print out everything normally
- Flip paper over, and start with the backside of page #2 that you
just printed out
- Print again. (note: this will extend one page past the first run
since you started one page later
Then, deal with the first (from the first printing) and last pages
(from second printing) separately, since they are printed on one side
only.
Low tech, and a bit of thought work. Apparently Appleworks 4.0
and later (maybe even 3; haven't used any of them recently) can print
even/odd pages only, but AWGS sure can't without a fun printer driver.
