EC>I get the following error message when I try to run Mr. Fixit on one of my
EC>hard drive partitions:
EC>
EC>MLI error #$56
EC>Error occurred on block 45
EC>Program aborted
EC>
EC>This is a pretty discouraging thing to have happen with a program that
EC>is supposed to repair hard drive problems. What does it mean? Is this
EC>partition now unusable forever?
The error message is a "Bad Buffer Address" which is a 'weird' error for Mr.
Fixit to generate.
I'd sugguest that you reboot and try it again to see if the error still
occurs.
What version Mr.Fixit and ProDOS are you running ?
* KingQWK 1.05 # [PK] * Is a lawyer without his/her briefs a soliciter?
