Transfer it as a text file. It creates the basic program as part of the
self-extraction process; this requires the BASIC.SYSTEM EXEC command.
The DOS 3.3 EXEC command may appear to work, but you will get errors and
it won't finish successfully.

BINSCII requires ProDOS. Unless you know _exactly_ what you are doing,
there is no point in trying to use BINSCII for any DOS 3.3 related purpose.
BINSCII and most files encoded with it are or are used by ProDOS programs.
