   FAQs for almost all newsgroups can be found at rtfm.mit.edu in
the pub/usenet directory. Thus, the FAQs for this newsgroup would
be found in the firectory pub/usenet/comp.sys.apple2/  The actual
filenames are fairly long, and I can't remember them offhand, but
you can take a look for yourself.
