JPEG and/or Mpeg viewers for the GS

I realize that on my stock GS things like this will be horribly slow, but 
has anyoe come out with a JPEG or Mpeg veiwer for the GS? Most places are 
starting to post Jpegs rather than GIFs due to the compression scheme and 
compuscrew's riduculous stance on GIF files... :) 
 
Is anyone working on something like this???
