Can a IIgs decompress an ARJ file?

You think I would know this, but I don't. I've come into possession of some
.ARJ files, and I have no idea what program to use to decompress them. It's
not listed in the FAQ either (dern).

Anybody know of a GS program to decompress an ARJ file? Or should I make plans
to do that on an (yick) I-Beem?
