connect apple][ to TV?

Hello

When I connect my apple][ to TV(PAL) and turn it on, the signal is far too  
weak to be seen :-(.

Can sombody please tell me, what ICs or other parts are responsible for  
video-output? (chassis from 1978???)

Is there a hardware-FAQ for apple][?
