Envoy serial card HELP!

I recently bought what is supposed to be a Super Serial compatible card
with the name ENVOY on it.  It's a smaller sized card with two sets of 26-pin
outputs, one for modem, one for printer and a jumper also to select the 
proper mode.  That's the easy part.  

The tough part is that it has 2 banks of 8 DIP switches each, SW2 to the left 
and SW1 to the right and I have no docs at all for this card.  If someone is
familiar with this card could they please give me a good setup for using this
card with an ImageWriter II and maybe even tell me the function of each 
switch.  I don't look forward to trying out all the 2^16 possible combinations
and will probably return it to the seller if I can't get it working soon.
