If you use a ProDOS 8 program selector which installs its own quit code, 
you don't go back to GS/OS if you quit the selector, you go back to the 
selector. The only way is with an extended quit which returns to the last
app on the stack, which is what the code I posted does. If you only run
ProDOS 8 apps from the finder, you don't run into this problem.
