Need Help with PCT Control Panel

High Everyone, I have just recently installed a PCT 2.0 in slot 5 of a 
IIGS, I have attached a IIGS 3.5" floppy drive to the PCT version 2.0, 
but when I try to go into the PCT control panel it locks up after 
bringing up the control panels option screen.  This IIGS is a ROM 01, 
with 5 megs ram, 2 scsi Hard drives with an Apple SCSI Rev A card.  
Thanks for any help as too why it wont work.
