I assume you mean a PC Transporter running version 2.0 of the software.

How are you getting to the PCT Control Panel? You can either press
the space bar when the PCT's title screen is displayed, or you can
press Shift-Caps Lock-Caps Lock.

Does it lock up on the first screen (with five options listed,
including rebooting the PCT, quitting and returning to the PCT), or at
a later stage?

I assume you mean an original Apple SCSI card. I hope it isn't
using revision A of the ROM. Revision A is labelled "341-0112A". You
should be running revision C, which is "341-0437-A".

By the way - your signature is a little excessive.
