They do - it sells for no more than $109 new.

I'd recommend the RamFast for a number of reasons..it's faster than
the Hi speed, it comes with built in utilities, and it comes with 
built in drivers for a whole slew of other devices (Floptical, Cd-ROM,
etc) which makes upgrading your system a tad easier..
