You need some kind of operating system for your ][. It won't just start up
and load a system from a hard drive like most Macs and PCs will. You'll
need to rustle up a copy of either DOS 3.3 (also known as Apple DOS), or
ProDOS 1.x to run. Then you will be able to format, load, save, and all
that.
