Currently, no.

I think if you really need one, just like us, please send mails to Procyon to
ask them to do one. Procyon has one of the best software (GNO) implemented,
next version is going to have TCP/IP. GNO author, Jawaid, is one of the
implementer of Second Sight graphics card. And GNO + Second Sight will be the
best environment for implementing Mosaic.
