Years ago (7?) I bought a contraption from a company called 
Fault-Line Micro.  The device replaced one of the motherboard chips.  a wire
ran to the back of the computer to a switch & you recieved a set of labels
with both the Dvorak and Qwerty letters.

Have no idea where you can get one these days :(
