The RamFAST SCSI (Revision 'D') comes with 256k RAM cache as
standard and upgradable to 1MB RAM cache by replacing the two DRAM
chips onboard. The original RamFAST Revision 'C' came with 256k and
was _not_ expandable beyond that.
Not sure if there was ever a revision 'A' or 'B' card, anyone
know? (Perhaps 'A' and 'B' are revisions of the Ohio Kache Plus card?
Which incidentally, had 256k cache as well and become the prototype for
the RamFAST SCSI).
