Getting Comm prog w/out Comm prog

I've got a IIe (non enhanced) with a superserial card.  I would
like to use it as a vt100 terminal or with a modem.  There
seems to be some programs out there that would be useful, but
without a comm program, how can I get the programs down to
the apple.  I have a pc that I can download the files to, but
then I'd still need to get the programs into Apple.
