Something you could try...

If you can get hold of a terminal program in Executioner format
(essentially POKEs itself into memory), and get that downloaded onto your
PC, you could then do the following (no guarantee that it would actually
work, of course...)

a.  Convert all of the LF's in the file into CR's
b.  Hook the PC to the ][e SSC via null-modem and get the serial port
    settings matched up.  Use the 40-column Apple screen, and be prepared
    to limit yourself to about 1200 baud.
c.  On the ][e, do an IN#n, where n is the card slot, followed by a PR#n.
d.  Bring up your PC terminal program.  At this point, you should be able
    to type commands on the PC, and have the ][e act on them and echo to
    the PC screen  (Hey!  Remote-control Apple!) 
e.  Do an ASCII send of the Executioner file from the PC.  This should do the
    equivalent of EXECing the file from disk! 

Clumsy, but in theory, it ought to work...
