DOS text editor needed

Greetings,
   Would someone please email me a freeware/shareware/PD DOS 3.3 text editor,
or clue me into a location on a FTP site where one could be found?
 
   I need a DOS text editor because in order to use Kermit-65 you have to be
able to edit the KERMIT.MODEM and KERMIT.INIT files.
