I got mine from a friend, but I'm pretty sure you can get them from Digi-
Key. I don't have the number handy right now because I'm at school, though...

I think it's better to let the Zip do as it will, which is (I think) 
proportion the cache as needed. I've got 64k of 25ns cache and it seems to 
do a fine job without the modification.
