HyperMover is available on ftp.support.apple.com, in the directory:

/pub/Apple SW Updates/US/Apple II/HyperCard IIGS

There are two parts to it: the Macintosh end is provided as a .hqx
file (BinHex), and probably contains a self-extracting disk or file
archive.

The Apple IIgs end is provided in the same .hqx format, and also as a
BinSCII (.bsq) file, which probably contains a self-extracting
ShrinkIt archive.

There should also be a text file describing the program.

If you don't have FTP access, HyperMover can be purchased from Byte
Works for US$15.
