SCSI Termination Problems?

I have a question on SCSI termination.
 
I recently bought a 100 meg hard to replace my 40 meg hard drive and have run
into some problems.
 
My current SCSI chain is:
     Apple High Speed SCSI card (terminated) in slot 7 on a GS
     Mac SE ZFP case with 100 meg Quantum HD, SCSI ID 2, no termination
        4 partitions, 1-10 meg, 3-30 meg
     Mac SE ZFP case with 40 meg Quantum HD, SCSI ID 4, internally terminated.
        2 partitions, both 20 meg.
 
I plan on changing the SCSI ID of the 100 meg to 6 once I get all my files
transferred, but the problem I'm have is that data get slightly corrupted.  I
copied my system files to the first partition on the 100 meg (GS/OS System
6.01), and there's ends up being several small errors sometimes.  The number of
blocks for a file may jump to a ridiculous number (8 point Geneva went from 6
blocks to over 40,000, then went back to normal after re-cataloging from
BASIC.) or file headers get screwed up, or block lists try to use a
non-existent block or a block that's already in use.  The only problem my
brother could figure out was that maybe terminator power wasn't being supplied.
So, how would I check that, or what else might the problem be?
 
System Stuff:  Rom 03 GS running System 6.01, with a 4 meg Q-Ram GS 2, an Apple
High Speed SCSI card in slot 7, one 5.25, one 3.5, a 7Mhz/32k Zip GS, LineLink
144e modem and an Apple LaserWriter hooked up with Appletalk in slot 1.
