Newbie Downloader Question: .BXY on a ][+?

Hi Folks,
I've just downloaded a .BXY file onto my Apple ][+. It
supposedly contains some DOS 3.3 files (even possibly a
disk image), and is about 50,000
bytes long. My Apple ][+ has 64k RAM and two Disk ][ drives,
and I have an old assortment of DOS 3.2, 3.3, and ProDOS utilities.
What do I do to decompress this file? As I understand it,
it's been run through both "Shrinkit" and "Binary ][" -
Looking around at ftp sites,
I've found decoders for these formats for a GS, but that doesn't
do me a lot of good - I need some 8-bit tools. Where would I
find such tools?

Tim. (shoppa@altair.krl.caltech.edu)
