You should be able to find these utilities on the major Apple II ftp
sites,
       cco.caltech.edu grind.isca.uiowa.edu

Those are 2 that I know off-hand should have it. You'll have to look
around, most likely they'll be in an obvious subdirectory in the folder
/pub.

The 3 that I know of are: BinSCII 1.03, which is an 8-bit program for
non-GS's. GScii+ 2.3.1 is an NDA for the GS, and SSCII 3.1.0 is a C
sourcecode program compilable for use on a Unix machine. The last one I
mentioned is my personal favorite, because I use a unix host to access
all the ftp sites and c.s.a2.binaries, so I use it to remove the binscii
layer before downloading to my GS. Then I only have to use Shrinkit and
I'm done unpacking. (Otherwise, you'd have to download, debinscii, then
unshrink) SSCII is a real timesaver for me, because a Unix mainframe
will debinscerize things much faster than your GS can.

For the first 2 you're on your own to get them, but if you use unix and
would like, I can email you what you need for the sscii decoder.
