Looking for GS Shrink-it

The subject says it all.  As I understand it, there is a GS specific shrink-it/
unshink-it utility out there somewhere.  I am not sure but I believe that it is
shareware or maybe even freeware.  I doubt that the one that I am thinking of is a 
commercial program.  
Supposedly, this program runs under GS/OS and it will unpack most of the more popular
compression formats that are around.
Does anyone know anything about this prpogram?  Where can I find it?  Would somebody
be kind enough to send me a copy if it is indeed shareware/freeware?
