Help with Proterm 3.0 and Zoom v.32 turbo

Could someoe please tell me what I need to set my SSC switch settings to
to properly use a Zoom v.32 turbo modem under Proterm 3.0 on an Enhanced
Apple IIe with a 3.3 Mhz Transwarp accelorator card?  I think I have the
switches right, but I do not know about the interrupts.  Also this Modem
supports MNP,  what driver should I use?  Currently I am using 9600 baud
generic, but I cannot establish a MNP connection.
